Join us in March for: 5 easy ways to meditate
Have you been thinking about using meditation to support your wellbeing, but just didn't know how to get started? Or maybe you tried one mindfulness activity and thought it wasn't for you.
We want to show just how easy and varied meditation can be.
There are lots of different ways that you can build mindfulness and meditation into your life in a way that suits your schedule and your preferences.
This session will help you to understand different types of meditation and mindfulness available to you and their proven health benefits.
Best of all, you will get to experience 5 different meditation practices in the session so that you can build rest, calm and presence into your life whenever you need it.

This online session is designed to be as interactive or passive as you wish. You are most welcome to ask questions, share challenges and discuss your ideas. You are equally welcome to join with your camera off and just listen in.
