Join us in February for: Calm your inner critic
Is your inner voice pulling you down, nagging away or just not in alignment with who you want to be? Maybe you’ve tried ignoring it or fighting it, but that still hasn’t helped.
We want to show you how to work with your inner voice in a constructive way so that you can lead your life more confidently and harmoniously.
This session will help you to understand the role your inner voice plays so that you can acknowledge it. From that place of self compassion you can then use tools to challenge your critic in healthy ways so that it becomes calmer over time.
