Living in the Present
Do you ever find that your brain can’t enjoy the present? Maybe you are wandering into the past to ruminate on what’s happened? Or looking to the future worrying about what there is to do? Whilst past and future thinking have their uses, they can suck the joy from our day to day lives.
We want to help you to relish the present and make the most of everything it has to offer.
This session will introduce you to GEM; How Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness are at the core of living presently. We’ll be sharing tools to help you:
Use gratitude to increase joy in your daily life
Use empathy to strengthen relationships with others
Use mindfulness to calm your nervous system and feel grounded in the moment
And we’ll end with a meditation to help you take wellness into the next part of your day.
