Have you ever taken a holiday or weekend off and noticed that you feel even more tired than you were before? You put work down but you still don’t feel rested?
Well, maybe you aren’t getting the kind of rest that you actually need.
Rest isn’t just putting your feet up (though that is one option!). We need different kinds of rest built into our week, and when we neglect one or more types, then it takes its toll on both our mind and body.
This session will help you to be more intentional with your rest – especially ahead of the festive season! We’ll be sharing tools to help you:

Easy ways to build each type into your week
Be more confident about ringfencing the rest you need
Create a personal action plan for your rest
And we’ll end with a meditation to help you take wellness into the next part of your day.
